1. Genel Bilgi
Bu kullanım şartları, moonshinein.me adresinde yayın yapan Moon Temple web sitesinin (bundan sonra “Site” olarak anılacaktır) kullanımına ilişkin koşulları düzenlemektedir. Siteyi ziyaret ederek, bir hesap oluşturarak veya herhangi bir hizmetten yararlanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Hizmetin Tanımı
Moon Temple, astroloji, tarot, numeroloji, rüya yorumu, I Ching, kahve falı, kristal oracle ve benzeri ezoterik/spiritüel danışmanlık hizmetleri sunan bir platformdur.
3. Hesap Oluşturma ve Güvenlik
- Hesap oluştururken doğru ve güncel bilgi vermekle yükümlüsünüz.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınıza yetkisiz erişim olduğunu fark etmeniz halinde derhal bize bildirmeniz gerekmektedir.
- 18 yaşından küçüklerin siteyi kullanması ve hizmet satın alması yasaktır.
4. Siparişler ve Ödeme
- Hizmet bedelleri Site üzerinde Türk Lirası (TRY) ve/veya belirtilen diğer para birimlerinde gösterilir.
- Ödemeler WooCommerce ödeme altyapısı üzerinden güvenli şekilde gerçekleştirilir. Kredi/banka kartı bilgileriniz Moon Temple tarafından saklanmaz.
- Sipariş onayı e-posta ile tarafınıza iletilir.
- Hizmet sunumu dijital ortamda gerçekleştirildiğinden, hizmetin teslim edilmesiyle birlikte cayma hakkınız sona erer (6502 sayılı TKHK m.15/ğ kapsamında mesafeli sözleşmelerden cayma hakkının istisnaları).
5. İade Politikası
- Dijital hizmetlerin doğası gereği, hizmet teslim edildikten sonra iade yapılmamaktadır.
- Hizmet henüz sunulmamışsa, sipariş tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
- Teknik aksaklıklar nedeniyle hizmetin sunulamaması halinde tam iade yapılır.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Site üzerindeki tüm içerik — yazılar, görseller, logolar, sembol veritabanı (Göksel Gölgeler Kodexi dahil), tasarımlar, yazılım kodları ve diğer materyaller — Moon Temple’a aittir veya lisansı altındadır. Bu içerikler, önceden yazılı izin alınmaksızın kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz, yeniden yayınlanamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
7. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri
Siteyi kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:
- Siteyi yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmak
- Başkalarının kişisel verilerini izinsiz paylaşmamak
- Sitenin güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak faaliyetlerde bulunmamak
- Otomatik veri toplama araçları (bot, scraper vb.) kullanmamak
- Site içeriklerini izinsiz kopyalamamak veya dağıtmamak
- Hakaret, tehdit veya ayrımcılık içeren ifadeler kullanmamak
8. Sorumluluk Sınırları
- Moon Temple, sunulan hizmetlerin belirli bir sonuç veya fayda sağlayacağını garanti etmez.
- Ezoterik ve spiritüel hizmetler subjektif nitelikli olup, bireysel deneyimler farklılık gösterebilir.
- Moon Temple, kullanıcıların hizmet sonuçlarına dayanarak aldıkları kararlardan sorumlu değildir.
- Site, teknik bakım veya mücbir sebepler nedeniyle geçici olarak erişilemez olabilir.
- Üçüncü taraf sitelere verilen bağlantıların içeriğinden Moon Temple sorumlu değildir.
9. Hesap Silme ve Verileriniz
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Hesap silme talebiniz üzerine:
- Hesap bilgileriniz ve danışmanlık verileriniz 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Yasal zorunluluk kapsamındaki veriler (fatura kayıtları vb.) ilgili saklama süresi sonuna kadar muhafaza edilir.
- Silme işlemi geri alınamaz.

10. Değişiklikler
Moon Temple bu kullanım şartlarını herhangi bir zamanda güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler yapıldığında site üzerinden bildirim yapılacaktır. Siteyi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü
Bu kullanım şartları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlık halinde Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. AB’de ikamet eden kullanıcılar, kendi ülkelerindeki tüketici koruma mevzuatından kaynaklanan haklarını da kullanabilir.

1. General Information
These terms of use govern the conditions relating to the use of the Moon Temple website published at moonshinein.me (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). By visiting the Site, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Description of Services
Moon Temple is a platform offering esoteric and spiritual consultation services including astrology, tarot, numerology, dream interpretation, I Ching, coffee reading, crystal oracle, and related services.
3. Account Creation and Security
- You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities carried out through your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use of the site and purchase of services by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
4. Orders and Payment
- Service fees are displayed on the Site in Turkish Lira (TRY) and/or other specified currencies.
- Payments are securely processed through the WooCommerce payment infrastructure. Credit/debit card details are not stored by Moon Temple.
- Order confirmation is sent to you via email.
- As services are delivered digitally, your right of withdrawal ends upon delivery of the service (in accordance with exceptions to the right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Art. 15/ğ).
5. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available after the service has been delivered.
- If the service has not yet been provided, you may request a refund within 14 days of the order date.
- A full refund will be issued if the service cannot be provided due to technical issues.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including texts, images, logos, the symbol database (including Göksel Gölgeler Kodexi), designs, software code, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Moon Temple. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. User Obligations
You agree to comply with the following rules when using the Site:
- Using the site only for lawful purposes
- Not sharing others’ personal data without permission
- Not engaging in activities that could jeopardise the security of the site
- Not using automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Not copying or distributing site content without permission
- Not using language containing insults, threats, or discrimination
8. Limitation of Liability
- Moon Temple does not guarantee that the services provided will produce any specific result or benefit.
- Esoteric and spiritual services are subjective in nature, and individual experiences may vary.
- Moon Temple is not responsible for decisions made by users based on service outcomes.
- The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or force majeure.
- Moon Temple is not responsible for the content of links to third-party websites.
9. Account Deletion and Your Data
You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon your account deletion request:
- Your account information and consultation data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Data subject to legal retention requirements (invoice records, etc.) will be retained until the end of the applicable retention period.
- Deletion is irreversible.

10. Changes
Moon Temple reserves the right to update these terms of use at any time. Notification will be provided on the site when significant changes are made. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of a dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction. Users residing in the EU may also exercise their rights arising from consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.
